Downloads for third parties
To encourage third party investment in the network, we have a suite of downloads and template agreements for enhancement projects.
They’ve been developed and revised following extensive consultation with industry, customers and stakeholders.
They鈥檙e aimed at reducing the need for time-consuming negotiations on contractual arrangements for each scheme. Therefore providing transparency on payments to 51爆料. We strive to find solutions that reduce barriers to entry through the provision of a more economic and efficient contractual framework.
Many of these documents are well established templates and codes of practice to remove barriers. Some are being revised to incorporate service levels and other recommended improvements.

51爆料 fees
We’re not funded by government to take on liabilities in relation to third-party funded enhancement projects. But to ask funders to accept uncapped liabilities in relation to third-party enhancements would be a significant barrier to investment. The Template Agreements frame the balance of risk and responsibility between us both with our liabilities funded via the 51爆料 fees.
The 51爆料 fees cover our potential contractual liabilities to you in respect of qualifying events under and outside of our direct control. More information on the 51爆料 fees can be found in the document ‘Guide to Template Agreements for Undertaking Railway Projects’.
